FAQ

Is laser hair removal safe?

Yes, laser hair removal is a completely safe procedure. However, be careful to only get this treatment done by qualified, experienced practitioners who use state-of-the-art equipment (like we do).

Does laser hair removal hurt?

Most people do not experience any pain whatsoever whereas, in rare cases, some people who have a very low pain tolerance do experience discomfort. If that is the case, we use numbing cream and adjust the machine accordingly. Ibuprofen helps as well. Regardless, we always highly recommend shaving before treatment.

Am I a good candidate for laser hair removal?

Very few people are NOT suited for laser hair removal.

You are NOT a good candidate if…

You are pregnant
Taking certain medications, such as acne treatments.
Have genital herpes (HSV-2)
Have keloid scars (raised scars)
Have or have had skin cancer
Are prone to cold sores

If you are unsure, please consult a medical doctor for further input.

How much does laser hair removal cost?

Your total cost depends on 2 things:

1) the number of the body areas you want to be treated

2) the number of sessions you’ll need (to achieve your desired goal)
