Whiter teeth, fabulous Smile!

Most of us know that there is no calling card more important than the freshness of your smile. This way, giving the best impression on a business date can rarely be achieved with yellow teeth.

While it’s clearly easier to stain your teeth than to whiten them, you may be surprised to find out that there are quite a bunch of alternatives for a welcoming smile. Here, we are about to show a few ways to get your teeth whitened.

First, why do I have yellow teeth?

Let me start by saying that it’s not just coffee, although, if drank cautiously and by following steady dental hygiene, you won’t be affected as much by the fluid.

Age, however, may be one of the worst enemies of a youthful smile, since the enamel wears away with time, allowing the yellow dentin to become more apparent as time passes. To fight this natural, yet unpleasant process, we can adopt some quick and easy routines in our life.

#Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide homemade paste

Most probably, there isn’t any simpler, more organic way to get your teeth withened, than using these ingredients to form a toothpaste against stains.

For the recipe, make sure to mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda with 2 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide. This will quickly turn into a paste that you can use twice a day for dental hygiene.

Make sure not to brush your teeth soon after drinking beverages or eating acidic foods, because that may damage the enamel. This would be very counterproductive to our goal.

#Apple cider vinegar mouthwash

Just as important as toothpaste, mouthwash is crucial for fortyfing your dental structure for the long run. When used in small quantities, apple cider has the property of bleaching teeth which can determine a fresher smile.

You can add 2 teaspoons of apple cider into 7 ounces of water to make the best mouthwash liquid to rinse.

When you apply this routine, beware to extend it for no longer than 2 weeks since vinegar may become damaging to the enamel after longer use.

#Activated charcoal

Charcoal is generally very beneficial for a wide range of needs, but, when it comes to teeth, one of the most important properties is the level of absorbance it shows. Charcoal can easily remove stains by soaking up pigment, as well as bacteria in the mouth. This double effect can be achieved by using toothpaste that has activated charcoal as an ingredient.

Another way to get your teeth whitened is by mixing activated charcoal with water to make a mouthwash. Make sure to thoroughly rinse your mouth after using the liquid since activated charcoal can be abrasive to teeth and can damage the teeth’ structure.
